The villa is nestled in the heart of a beautiful green and wooded property, including a 10x5 outdoor swimming pool, as well as a large terrace with deckchairs, dining table, ping pong table and summer lounge. Spacious and modern, the villa offers high-end services. A large living room opening onto a terrace with sea and mountain views. In a row, you have access to the spacious dining room and then to the fully equipped kitchen and the utility room and utility room.
