You will treasure the views and privacy that define this elegant North Chatham summer home. You are only steps away from saltwater Crow's Pond and the private, neighborhood beach. From here you can swim or launch a kayak or canoe and explore the inlet, Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic beyond. Your outdoor summer living space includes tastefully furnished stone patios off of both the living room and family room. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and built-in gas grill. The kids will like the sizable, level yard for private, safe outdoor play space.
Inside, it's easy to love the spacious, bright, fully equipped, social kitchen with its stainless steel and granite, massive counter space, including an island with seating for three.
Lounge space abounds with the stunning living room, brilliantly furnished and decorated to capture the essence of the Cape in summer. And there's a second, bonus family room/lounge over the garage with a giant TV, Foosball and a wet bar. The lower level has a TV with couches, great for a movie night.
The five bedrooms, three upstairs and two on the main level, include three kings, two queens and two twins. The home has 3.5 baths, each updated and sparkling.
