Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very competitive price compared to all rooms in Vegas on the weekend, and room was clean with a fridge. It was also quiet, neihbors were respectful.
Negative: 1. No breakfast, but that was fine. We ate brunch at BabyStacks. 2. Water pressure was much too low. So anything I did (washing face, brushing teeth, taking show) took much too long. 3. Owner could have at least threw away a dirty mop in the side yard.
Summary: Excellent competive price, clean room, but side yard was an eyesore.
