Positive: Stayed here to have a safer structure during a severe weather outbreak and it was a sturdy structure to ride out several tornado warnings so it was good for that. The amenities were fine, and as expected for the price paid. The provided breakfast area had a waffle maker, coffee, apple and orange juice, a few packaged fruit pastries and some white bread and a toaster. Room was decently cleaned, but there was someone else's old chapstick under the edge of the bed. Because the rest was pretty clean, I assumed it just got pushed under by the vacuum and wasn't seen. I asked for extra towels and housekeeping brought them within a few minutes, despite being told it wasn't a rush as it was for the next morning.
Negative: The microwave plate didn't fit properly on the turntable thing, so it made a loud scary noise which made me decide against using it. Because I had very little that I would've microwaved, I didn't bring this to the hotel's attention. So while I assume it would've been taken care of, I have no way to verify that.
Summary: It was fine for what we needed.
