Travel Purpose: business

Positive: (1) The full size Washer/Dryer in the unit was a game changer. If I had read the description in more detail I COULD HAVE PACKED LESS CLOTHING! It's super convenient to have the washer/dryer in the unit, and you can go home with clean clothing to boot. (2) The unit was very clean, although due to lack of rugs or any plants etc. felt very bare and minimalist. My companion described the bedroom as if he was in a psych ward. Not sure how he has that knowledge LOL. (3) Close to all the restaurants and bars on Wilton Drive but not walking distance unless your 18, but still reasonably close. (4) Great hot water, never a problem. (5) Bathroom and shower were good and shower has nice pressure (6) Strong Wi-Fi had a few problems but fixed quickly by the host.

Negative: (1) My biggest issue was the bed. It's one of those beds that is 4 feet off the floor. Felt like I was sleeping in Japan. Some people may like that but if your over 30, or 72 like me it just does not work. Any mobility issues and you wont be happy with the bed. Feels like your sleeping on the floor. Not sure about the other units but that's the bed we had and I hated it! (2) My other issue and I cant really blame the host as they stated "pool is not heated" But the pool is basically unusable unless your into the ice bucket challenge. Being from the North East I thought all Florida pools were warm enough to swim comfortably in. This is not the case. It may be fine in May to September but its freezing in January and thus not useable in my opinion. (3) Although use of an outdoor gas grill is mentioned they don't have one anymore.

Summary: Clean / Minimalist / Relatively close to the Drive / Washer & Dryer in unit / Bed not comfortable.
