Positive: The location is excellent, and the balcony view is absolutely stunning—you can see the neighborhood, the clock tower, the sea, and the daily fireworks show at 9:30 PM. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the host, Mr. Bee. In all my travels, I have never met a host so dedicated to helping his guests like him. He assisted me with almost everything: airport pickup, money exchange, a sightseeing tour with the electric car, laundry, booking cable car tickets, buying tickets for the light and fireworks show and taking me there, and even organizing a driver for the safari and vinwonders. He went above and beyond without asking for anything in return. In Phu Quoc and Sunset Town, having someone like him is truly valuable since tourist offices and services are limited compared to Thailand. Thanks to him, everything was arranged perfectly. I’m very grateful for his genuine effort and support.

Negative: As a solo traveler, everything was excellent for me. If I were to mention small notes: the security system might feel a bit complicated for some guests since it requires using a card for the elevator, entering a code to open the corridor door, and then using a metal key for the room — three layers of security. Also, there is no power outlet close to the bed for charging the phone, which means you need to get up from bed to plug it in. Personally, these were not a problem for me.
