Summary: The house itself is large and is in a great location, that's about all the good I can say. There are spiders literally everywhere inside and out, we were never comfortable using the balconies or going anywhere immediately around the property. We were constantly fighting ants upon arrival, tried keeping all food in the fridge and using any traps... Didn't help much. We never used the hot tub as the whole area was a spider haven. The pool was not in the greatest shape, didn't see anyone come by to clean either in the two weeks we were there. Note the main living area is on the top floor and the AC could not keep up during the hot days, getting up to 82 degrees. Additionally the sound proofing between floors 3 and 2 is horrendous, somebody just walking across the living room sounds like stomping in the bedrooms, luckily our infant is a heavy sleeper. Wouldn't recommend staying here, house is in need of maintenance/upgrades.
