IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Home has a complete set of stairs (1) in addition to a two-step threshold to enter the property. Stairs to the 2nd level can be challenging for some elderly individuals as they are quite steep.
-Waterfront Patio is for your Sole Enjoyment.
- You are provided with the (1) Parking Spot in the (2) Car Garage. Small / mid-sized vehicles are recommended.
- Laundry is located upstairs in a laundry area.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected in beach communities.
-Fire-pit must not be left unattended while ignited.
- City of Sunset Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
-No Patio Access after 10pm
-The second and the fourth Wednesday of every month you're not permitted to park in front of the garage is on the street due to street sweeping.
