Positive: Quiet and private, with a great location and a short drive from Key West. The host was friendly and welcoming. The place has air conditioning, which is a lifesaver during the hotter parts of the day. You'll have a private parking to yourself and a cozy seating area by the canal.

Negative: A more equipped kitchen, with utensils and maybe an electric mini stove, would make it even better.
