This gorgeously restored historic condo feels spacious and sunny with it's high ceilings and large windows. Located at the only stoplight in downtown Salida, you can overlook the goings-on of downtown from the huge windows that grace our condo's kitchen and living space. The condo is above a coffee shop, with other shops, restaurants and galleries just steps away. Hiking and biking trails and river walk are 1 block away. Monarch Ski Area is just 20 miles away from us.

Our cleaning standards have always been very high (as you can tell by our reviews), but with the advent of the COVID 19 threat, we've doubled-down our already high disinfecting standards to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and our entire community.
We've also upgraded our wifi so guests can set up shop to work or homeschool from your Salida "home away from home.”
