Summary: Pros: - Organized and well stocked amenities (cooking utensils, working appliances, kid plates, etc.) - Super close to the HOA pool which is super kid friendly - Comfortable beds and pillows - Tons of bathrooms which was nice for showers - Awesome water heaters - Comfortable temperature - Quiet (we only heard noise from our upstairs (our family), not neighboring houses) - Quick responses from management company (even though every email went to spam every time and I had to have them resend stuff a few times) Cons: - Cheap shower heads made the super large showers kind of unnecessary as you had to stand right underneath the head to get wet and water pressure didn't help that - Clean but not sanitary (if that makes sense): - Slight mold ring in one toilet - Slight mold on wall above shower tiles in one bathroom - Splatter marks from something gross on walls and ceiling in kid's room - Popcorn kernels under couch, that kind of stuff. I understand that kind of stuff but for the price we paid for a cleaning fee none of that should have happened. - Arcade system wouldn't power on - Smoke detector chirp (they fixed it quickly but it happened again the next morning)
