No shoes inside the house.

No smoking inside the house. Please use an ashtray if smoking on the porch.

No guests or family members can stay or visit the property unless authorized in writing prior to arrival. Additional fee of $25 will apply per each additional guest per day.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

PETS:
Only 1 pet can be allowed per request with an additional Pet Fee and Security Deposit. Each pet request must be discussed and authorized/ approved by the Host in writing prior to arrival / bringing a pet onto the property. Otherwise, will result in immediate eviction.

Please clean up after your pet and cover furniture with blankets.
