Designed by architect Matt Kivlin in 1964, this classic Malibu ranch style is a cocoon of natural wood materials and original architectural details to compliment the spectacular ocean views. With no adjacent neighbors in sight, each bedroom has high pitched ceilings.
Open the Fleetwood sliding glass doors to take in sweeping, panoramic ocean views of Queens Necklace and Catalina Island. This renovated mid-century home features amenities including central AC/heat, outdoor dining and lounge space. Kitchen includes Monogram appliances, marble countertops, Crate & Barrel plates, and Breville toaster oven.

This house is surrounded by some amazing nature, so you can expect to see some bugs and wildlife at times. In the summer they are especially active -- we are always clearing off spider webs and cleaning inside and outside but please understand you will probably run into some bugs & critters during your stay.
*We understand a good night's rest is one of the best ways to enjoy a vacation. Our bedrooms are furnished with luxury Aireloom mattresses, Brooklinen and Parachute Home bedding, blackout shades, and pillow/mattress protectors for cleanliness.
