Located on the 6th floor, this unit features a completely remodeled kitchen at the heart of the home with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances and breakfast bar with seating. The spacious living area is light and bright with a sliding glass door to the private balcony and is complete with a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space, a TV and ceiling fan. The dining area hosts a table and four chairs all with great views! East to West the master bedroom features ocean and river views as well as a king bed, TV and full private bath. The guest room includes a queen bed, and twin trundle bed and river views. The guest bath has been completely renovated with new tile, cabinet and shower. A new full-size washer and dryer is also in unit for your convenience. This unit is fully equipped with all linens, towels, cookware, etc.
Great Daytona Beach Shores location close to grocery stores, restaurants and bridges to mainland. We would love set you up in this beautiful condominium for your next vacation! Please note: There are support posts on each balcony (as pictured) and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a pre-caution until a concrete restoration project is complete in the future. The project has not been scheduled at this time. The building is open for occupancy. Please ask for updates or let us know if you have any questions. There is one car on property per unit. One garage spot for this unit only. A second car would have a pass to park in a public parking lot across the street.
