Sullivans Retreat is a 30 night minimum on Sullivans Island. This charming cottage sits on a nearly half acre lot on the marsh and tidal creek approximately 100 feet from the mouth of Conch Creek. This beach retreat offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan with shiplap walls and charming decor throughout. Outdoor spaces include a screened porch, specious patio with pergola with outdoor dining. Public beach access is just 0.4 Miles to Station 30. Guest are welcome to bring their dog, with approval, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00.
