Welcome to Sugar Sky in the gated community of The Reserve II.
This updated condo on Sugar Mountain is the perfect place to relax, perched at 4750' in elevation. With level entry from the parking area, access is simpler than most condos! On the main level, you are treated to the new hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for breakfast or a snack. The living room offers Spectrum TV for your shows while you gather around the gas log fireplace. Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains are visible from inside, or step on the the deck to soak them in. Fifty plus miles on a clear day spanning from Grandmother Mountain to Beech Mountain to the left.
Two bedrooms are on the main level. You'll find the king suite with private TV and long range views. The attached bath has a jetted tub, tiled shower, and double vanity. Off the kitchen area is queen bedroom with a smart TV and full bath that is attached and also opens just outside in the hallway for guest use. The home receives a lovely patch of morning sunshine, then cools as the day goes on with indirect sunshine. Upstairs is a large loft with TV, queen and twin bed, and a third full bathroom with a shower.
Relax on the deck in the chairs, or use the electric grill to prepare dinner after a day of exploring the High Country! For the adventurous, you can hike down to the ski slopes. There is a walking trail located just past the lower section of this condo community that provides access to Sugar Mountain. Please be advised that the walking trail is located downhill beyond the lower level of this condo community.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- The unit is fully covered by fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors on both levels.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
