Master bedroom and spare bedroom have a queen beds, another bedroom has a full bed, one bedroom has 4 bunks, and there is also a brand new queen sleeper couch downstairs. There is a large deck facing Little Newton Lake with two patio tables. The cozy living room has a wood fireplace and two patio doors that open to the large deck. Enjoy the paved fire-pit overlooking the lake with friends and family. There is a brand new full-sized washer and dryer as well.

Summary: We have stayed at this property for three consecutive years now! We love it. The lake is quiet which was perfect for our non-motorized watercraft and safe for our young kids. Our kids loved the big sandy beach, the toys, and dock. The only downside is the swimmers itch. It is prevalent and precautions necessary, but otherwise fantastic! We will be back!
