Stay in style at our three bedroom condo close to the beach. Our professionally designed space comes with free parking, a shared pool, a private balcony, and all the beach gear you could need. Located in the heart of Destin our condo provides close access to shopping, golf, dining and entertainment. We are a two minute drive or 15 minute walk to a public beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome and will enjoy the epic dog park directly beside the condo complex.
Our condo is located on the third floor and has three spacious bedrooms, ample closet space and two full bathrooms. Enter to an open concept living area with a breakfast nook that seats four and a small but fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit as well and are free for guest use. A private balcony with seating for four is located off the main living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour in the fresh air! Down the hall you will find the first bedroom with two twin beds perfect for kids or singles. This room has a small closet, blackout window shade and toy cabinet to keep the little ones occupied. Next you'll find the second guest room with a queen sized bed and large walk in closet. This room has direct access to the large hallway bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and large walk in closet. It includes a Roku TV, dedicated workspace and en-suite bathroom. A pack n play with sheets is available for use. There is a storage room off the balcony which has a beach wagon, four awesomely comfortable beach chairs, an adorable beach umbrella with stand, boogie boards, cooler and beach toys. Since we are located on the third floor, I recommend you load this gear into your car at the beginning of your stay and leave it there until you check out. That way you don't have to lug everything up and down the stairs each time you head to the beach! Just be sure to return everything to the storage closet before you check out please!
You will have access to the whole space except for one closet where we keep supplies.
We will give you your space but are available if needed at any time during your stay.
Please note that our condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators in the building. I recommend loading the beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella) into your car once and leaving it in the car during your stay so that you don't have to carry it up and down the stairs each time. Just please remember to return it at the end of your stay!
