We have two home available in this quiet family neighborhood. It is 2 mile form LSU and 1/2 mile form many restaurants and shopping/ Perkins Rowe. The yard received yard of the month for July.
The covered porch has fans and lush surroundings with a water fountain and grill. The home backs up to Perkins road and other main roads are Essen and Bluebonnet bonnet blvd. Bikes available and sidewalks are in neighborhood and lead to other parts of city.

Summary: Family of eight stayed here for two nights. We went to a high school football game in NOLA on Friday, then we cooked Thanksgiving meal on Saturday. It was an easy drive to/from NOLA. We had everything we needed except for a few kitchen items. The beds were all comfortable. The living room is spacious with a HUGE TV with surround sound. Sy was readily available and very accommodating. The back yard was so nice. I really am glad we found this hidden gem.
