Summary: When I first arrived to the property entering the unit I noticed the carpet being dirty, then while showering I experienced the water getting cool and not staying warm. Last as we were packing two individuals were peaking through the window of the unit we were located in staff was contacted but was very dismissive to our claim. After speaking with the first staff member that stated she was going to contact security immediately we didn’t receive a call back until an hour later and security stated management had just reached out to them less than 5 minutes ago.
