The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower.

The space
Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the 1st floor have double beds and triple velux windows to enjoy the rural views (Bedroom 1 also having modern freestanding bath from which you can also enjoy the view!). Bedroom 3 (downtsairs with bifold doors onto patio) has a Queen size bed, which can also be converted to a twin room. All bedrooms have TV's.
The TV room benefits from a 62inch smart TV, a comfy L-shaped sofa and dimmable lighting to best enjoy a good film or TV show.
Guest access
The property is independant of the owners home.
There are bifold doors opening out onto the patio area with a semi-circular seating area and steps leading up to another patio and further seating, all looking out over the rural setting.
Bedroom 3 has bifold doors out onto the patio with bistro table and chairs.
Other things to note
The kitchen has quartz worktops with a large island including breakfast bar, Nespresso coffee machine, Halogen hob, downdraught extractor, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Leading from the hallway there is a shower/cloakroom with underfloor heating and mosiac heated seat in the shower.
The main body of the barn benefits from underfloor central heating.
PLEASE NOTE: Children/Infants - we allow children/infants to stay at The Barn but please be aware that it is not especially suitable for children as there are various hazards e.g spiral staircase..and there is no provision for younger children (no cot, no high chair, no play equipment). Parents must supervise their children at all times and take responsibility for them
during their stay - phew, there’s the disclaimer out the way….the kids will love it.
