Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid reservation cancellation, please inform us in advance and be truthful about bringing a pet. A non-refundable cleaning fee will apply for each pet:
1-7 Nights: $25 per night
8-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300
We do not have a weight limit, but certain breeds are restricted: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are permitted. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be charged.
Noise Monitors:
We have installed noise monitors in our units to track decibel levels. These do not record conversations but measure overall noise. Tampering with the device will result in a fee.
Security:
Security cameras are in place in the hallways for your safety and the safety of other residents.
