HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
This beautifully decorated Watercolor Retreat is located in the heart of the Forest District of Watercolor. With five spacious bedrooms and five baths throughout the home and carriage house, you and your guests can relax throughout the house or in the beautiful outdoor patio and pool area with a built in gas grill and wood burning fireplace. This home boasts hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen and high ceilings. The first floor's open floor plan included a spacious kitchen with high end appliances in addition to a large dining area and living room. The washer and dryer are conveniently located within an adjoining ante room with ice maker. Also on the first floor you will find a guest bedroom equipped with a king bed and bathroom with shower. A large screened patio area opens off the living room to the back yard and pool areal. An ample porch faces the common park area at the front of the house. On the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom with it's king bed, TV, an en-suite bath with a double vanity, shower and soaking bathtub. A large sun room is adjacent to the primary bedroom and appointed with spacious seating as well as a balcony overlooking the private pool and outdoor fireplace. The third bedroom is furnished with a two queen beds, TV, and an en-suite bath that has a single vanity and shower/tub. The fourth and final bedroom, in the main home, has a king bed and a connecting bathroom with a double vanity and deluxe shower. For premium privacy, escape to the carriage house and find a queen bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, TV, and a bathroom with a single vanity and shower. A view of the pool and forest at the rear of the property awaits.
