This expansive 1898 Victorian-era cottage underwent a meticulous 18 month top-to-bottom renovation specifically designed to provide a five-star experience. As with all of our "A Step Back Inn" properties, this house was re-imagined as a unique yet cozy elegant experience for our guests through a blend of modern unexpected conveniences and vintage charm, paying homage to the bygone era through carefully curated furnishings, décor and amenities. Noteworthy features include a breathtaking chef's kitchen, large, connected family and dining rooms, game room, cozy workspace with desk, four fashionably appointed bedrooms with luxury linens, and three full bathrooms with all-natural luxury bath products provided.

We are excited that we can now accommodate even larger groups in multiple, nearly adjacent homes, all operating under the trusted "A Step Back Inn" brand. With two additional historic renovated homes coming online in the spring and summer of 2024.
House 2 will sleep 12 people in five bedrooms over two levels (also designed with the first level to be wheelchair friendly)
House 3 will sleep 8 guests in three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa (also pet friendly), for a total accommodation of up to 28 guests between these three nearly adjacent homes. Perfect for your gatherings such as weddings or family get togethers/reunions. We work with many area event venues as well for further cohesive booking opportunities.
