The open concept living room includes a 48" flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV, with a walk-in closet, and a walk in shower area in the Master Bath. The guest bedroom has a double bed, dresser space, closet space and a tub/shower combo in the main living area. The Florida / Sunroom overlooks the golf course and has its own heat and air-conditioning system with an eating, sitting, and extra sleeping space on a futon.
There is also a sitting area in front of the house.
Just a short distance to Spanish Springs and shopping. Close to the pool and only hot tub in the villages not in a country club. The Villages has all the activities you could dream of with the Guest Village Resident ID, you have access to any of the Executive golf courses and championship golf courses. You also can enjoy any of the recreation centers and swimming pools.
