We are a Victorian style house built in 1832 located on almost 3 private acres within walking distance to Chestertown. Landon Hill has recently been fully renovated on the interior. All rooms are beautifully painted, they have new comfy beds, dreamy comforters and custom blinds. There is a large bedroom on the first floor with a full bathroom attached. There are 4 additional large bedrooms upstairs. There is one bedroom with a full bathroom attached, then one bedroom without a bathroom(it is
next door in the hall) then two additional large bedrooms one with a full bathroom and one with a shower. Landon Hil has all new furnishings and lighting, there is a large dining room table and a gorgeous leather sofa for the family to enjoy movies and game night. We have removed the fireplace for safety and will be soon installing a gas fireplace. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all things to entertain, a grill, a lovely large level yard and a hot tub. Whether you are relaxing and reading on the porch, doing your morning yoga routine amid the pines, or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, the fresh air will surround you. We are conveniently located to several hiking trails, lakes (Lake George, 12 minutes to Bolton Landing, Loon, Schroon, Brant), and 15 minutes to Gore Mountain. We are right off exit 25 on The Adirondack Northway. b
