The neighborhood has so much to offer. Located one block from Graduate Hospital and 1.5 blocks from South Street this is a gem of a location. You will see families walking their children, joggers up and down the street, med students hurrying to the hospital and locals enjoying the splendor of this area. Safe and peaceful is how I see this area.
There's dozens of restaurants and shops in the area, you are only 3 mins in any direction from plenty of food and choices. If you walk down 19th street where we are located a few blocks north you will run right into Rittenhouse Square Park and everything around it.
Bonus, we have free street parking in front of the building and one block to the left and to the right as well. It's based on availability, but if you find a spot you won't have to move your car at all.
You have apartment privately to yourselves
The apartment has a great size living room and common area with plenty of natural sunlight that comes in from the sliding balcony doors and large windows. Furnished with two large couches that seat 5 total, this is an amazing space to get together with your friends and loved ones and spend quality time together.
The living room leads into a nice dining area with a tall table and seating, a splendid place to share meals and dinners together. There is also a countertop bar area right next to it that leads into the kitchen, where you can show off your cooking skills. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toastere, fridge and freezer and all the eating and cooking utensils needed. All you need is to bring the food and drinks and you are set to go.
We have a nice reading area in the living room area where you can hunker down and read, study or just reflect on life. It's conveniently set up next to a nice large window with plenty of natural sunlight.
Walk down the corridor and you will come across the clean and spacious bathroom with shower and tub installation, toilet, vanity and plenty of hot water and water pressure. Continue walking down and you will come across 1 of the 2 bedrooms available with your rental.
Bedroom 1 has a full size comfortable bed, plush quilts and pillows, a convenient ceiling fan for fresh air and a reading corner for study and quiet time. The bedroom is also fully private with its own doorway and closet space.
Right past that room is bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 has a full size bed also with soft quilts and pillows. The current photo shows 2 beds but we have upgraded to one full bed. There is a nice ceiling fan for fresh air, a large closet which can store plenty of items and windows for fresh air and sunlight.
The apartment has a balcony that faces 19th Street and Graduate Hospital and Pemberton Street. This is a perfect spot to get fresh air, step outside without having to step outside. It is really some quaint and appreciated outdoor space.
