This unique resort home is framed by towering pines, hidden behind the private gates of Gold Mountain at Nakoma Resort. It is situated between two vacant, secluded forest lots for ultimate privacy. Conveniently located just two blocks from the awe-inspiring Altitude Recreation Center, Nakoma’s 18 hole championship golf, and Frank Loyd Wright designed five star Restaurant 5044. Gold Mountain has private hiking and biking trails, a secret swimming hole, it is adjacent to the middle fork feather river, and totally surrounded by the beauty of nature.

The home has 4 newly redesigned bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. 3 King suites, one with additional twin, and 1 Queen suite with workspace.
|Master Retreat|
The luxurious master retreat has a sensational king sized bed, smart flatscreen TV with direct tv streaming service, sitting chair, deck access, and remarkable views! You’ll love the large master bathroom with oversized soaking tub for two and giant bay window overlooking the forest. It also has an enormous walk-in spa shower, dual vanities, and spacious walk-in closet with laundry hamper, luggage rack, and extra soft blankets to keep you extra cozy in the winter months.
|Meadow Room|
The serene meadow room has a new, comfortable King sized bed art inspired by nature. Rejuvenate with abundant light, exceptional views, and calming, earthy vibe completed by the gorgeous smooth leather headboard and natural wood furnishings. This room also has a sitting chair, new flat screen smart TV with DIRECTV streaming, luggage rack, laundry hamper and en suite bath with large walk-in shower.

The study room offers a luxe Queen Murphy bed. This room has lovely views, new flatscreen smart TV with DIRECTV streaming service, and plush bedding. This room also features a small workspace, bookshelf, sitting chair, laundry hamper, luggage rack, and it’s own private full bathroom with large walk in shower directly across the hall.

Our spacious family room has a soft & sturdy King sized bed and an additional twin bed with marvelous forest and fairway views. It also has luggage racks, laundry hamper, and a convenient en-suite bath with large walk in shower.
All bathrooms include a hair dryer, Q-tips, hair ties, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The spacious laundry room is also fully stocked for ultimate convenience during your stay.

Enjoy the awe-inspiring beauty of the mountains as you gather to watch TV or relax by the fireplace. There’s plenty of room for everyone as you whip up a fantastic meal in the fully appointed chef’s kitchen (stocked with all the necessities). The ambiance is perfect as you dine together at the family table that seats six to ten people. An extra leaf and highchair are located in the hall closet.
This unique property also boasts impressive and PRIVATE outdoor entertaining spaces and beautiful spacious decks. Larger lot and no neighbors nearby set this home apart! Enjoy a barbecue on the covered area at a patio dining table that seats six, or sprawl out on the lounge chairs and soak up the sun!
There are two additional outdoor seating areas, each with two chairs and a small table. You can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a cocktail, listen to the birds sing, and take in the majestic views. The rear deck has two access points, one from the dining area and another from the master bedroom. Watch the sunrise and sunset from your own mountain paradise as you look for baby geese, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer in the spring, or take in the golf action during the summer.

Plumas County offers many exciting opportunities in all seasons from picnics to horseback riding, fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and kayaking, to sledding/tubing, snowshoeing and ATV… stay on site and enjoy the resort amenities, or get out and go on an adventure! This area has so much to explore.
Nakoma also boasts numerous hiking and biking trails, quick access to Lakes Basin, Gold Lake, Long Lake, Lake Davis, Sardine Lake, Salmon Lake, the Middle Fork Feather River, and some of the best fishing in all of California! Downtown Graeagle, just 15 minutes away, has adorable shops, cafés, local art, and tasty restaurants as well as Mill Pond for recreational swimming, kayaking, and fishing.

* Optional access to Altitude recreation center is $50 per day for the duration of your stay and good for up to 8 guests. Single day passes are not available per resort policy. Additional guests will require the purchase of an additional pass.
