Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the five spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All five bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.
Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and beautiful views of the lake and pool area. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is the largest room in the home and features two queen-sized beds plus a sofa bed for one additional guest. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on using the sofa bed so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are each furnished with a queen-sized bed and shared access to a private bathroom.
Bedroom 5 has a queen-sized bed and beautiful views of the lake and pool area.
If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has three full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and also has direct access to the pool area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.
Bathroom 3 is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has a large tiled walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. We also provide coffee for your stay.
The large living room area is decked out with a huge L-shaped sofa, a 71” Smart TV, a foosball table, a popcorn machine, and an arcade game. This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.

-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.
-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.
-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
