The Space:

Guest Access:
You will have access to the front of the house and the backyard, including the pool, patio, and bocce court.
Please note - the gated property is a working horse farm and guests are strictly prohibited from approaching or entering the barn, entering the horse paddocks, touching or feeding the horses for safety reasons. There is also a pond on the property past the rock wall in the back of the house which is off limits. Guests should not go past, touch, or move the stones on the rock wall in the back yard in front of the pond.

The surrounding properties are primarily made up of horse farms and homes on a minimum of 5 acres+ for more making for a private experience!

The property rests less than 30-minutes from the world-famous Broadway strip of downtown Nashville and is a beautiful 15-minute countryside drive from both historic downtown Franklin and charming Leiper's Fork.
Small town Leiper's Fork offers leisurely shopping, the Leiper’s Fork Distillery, and live music dining at Fox and Locke (formerly known as Puckett's). Historic Franklin provides countless options of dining and casual shopping for all ages.
For a true countryside experience, the estate is a short 10-minute drive to the famous Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge and Loveless Cafe.
