A sun-drenched upper-level great room boasts 14' cathedral ceilings, open entertainment space, gas fireplace, 70” smart TV, 10' sofa, dining table with seating for 8, fully stocked modern (dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, utensils, grill utensils, wine glasses, pots and pans, lobster pot, baking dishes, muffin tins, cookie sheets, cutting boards, oven mitts, dish towels, 4 slot toaster, clip on high chair) kitchen with Brazilian granite countertops, sleek black stainless steel appliances, seating with 4 bar stools and separate beverage counter with wine cooler. All of this plus a large outdoor dining area on the balcony with expansive shade awning, where you can enjoy dining al fresco while watching the Block Island Ferry glide in and out of the harbor. The spacious primary ensuite is on the second level with large bathroom with separate soaking tub, generous size shower, double sink vanity, separate make up station, water closet 2 skylights, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking the backyard, coffee station with 12 cup coffee brewer, Keurig KCups individual coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, tea kettle and beverage cooler.
On the first level you will find three bedrooms a laundry room with double stacked washers/dryers and two full baths. A versatile sunroom on the lower has a comfortable day bed and sectional seating to enjoy the view of the lovely new concrete patio with a wood burning fire pit, weber gas grill and outdoor dining (2 tables) with seating for 8. Central air, hardwoods throughout, private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The garage houses 4 bikes, 2 beach carts, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, corn hole, ping pong table, clip-on highchair and pack and play. Located minutes to great restaurants, Block Island Ferry and fresh seafood, this property has it ALL!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-20lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
