In addition, it has a large terrace of 80 m2 which can be accessed from bedrooms, living room and kitchen.The apartment is ideal for families with children or for a group of friends.There is a parking space in the underground communal garage.The apartment is equipped with centralised air conditioning with cold/heat pump and with wifi connection.Apart from having an open pool from May to September, both inclusive (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h) It may vary according to season. The pool has direct access to the seafront promenade and the Mediterranean beach.The urbanisation is just 4km from the Tomás Maestre Port, an area with all the necessary services, including a supermarket, a pharmacy and very good restaurants.
