Summary: House was big enough for our group who traveled across.multiple states for a family vacation. Grass had not been mowed for several weeks upon arriving. Rooms were generally clean but the master bathroom toilet was not. For our group of 12, we were only given 5 total towels and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were no extras anywhere and the only cleaning supply was some sponges and dishwashing liquid. Eddie did send someone over the next day along with someone to mow. They skipped an area in the backyard for some reason. Dryer ended up not heating amd one of the toilets was leaking on the floor, so I had to contact Eddie again. He sent someone over with another dryer which worked but was not a new model. The toilet had to have a part ordered. Washer worked but is very small. Beach and dock could be so much more with some basic clean up and maintenance. The beach needs to be cut back and there are pylons in the way. There is no easy way to get on the dock because there are no steps or ramp so you must use the rocks that are there and it is a decent step up. Kitchen had plenty of cabinet space, decent pots and pans, and appliances. The beds are basic matresses nothing really comfortable. There is plenty of room to seat everyone at the dining room or kitchen table but the chairs are old and wobbly. This house is also on the market so they aren't putting much into it.
