This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Summary: I debated for a long time whether to stay at a theme park resort to be close to Universal, or to have our own private home. I'm so glad we chose this Villa! The neighborhood was quiet, we had our own private pool and jacuzzi, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishware we needed. The commute to the parks were only 30-45min depending on traffic, and it was well worth it! Just a heads up though, only a small amount of home essentials and toiletries are provided, and once they're gone you'll need to buy your own, I.E. toilet paper, dish tabs, laundry soap, garbage bags...
