Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 22 acre retreat. This spectacular cottage is perfect up to 10 guests. The main floor boasts open concept, luxury living and dining. The kitchen has wonderful high end stainless steel appliances. Downstairs is a family room with large screen TV and a games room with pool table. In the garage you'll find other wonderful games to play. The cottage has a 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great for families to have the perfect getaway!

Quiet and serene, with close proximity to all aspects of country life for all ages. Travelling through small country towns is this amazing Chalet less than a 2 hour drive from Toronto, 30 minutes to Collingwood or Thornbury, 5 minutes to Kimberly to wineries, apple orchards, horse back riding and golf. Hiking and snowshoeing at your door. En route to the Bruce Trail and the lovely Beaver Valley River for rafting with a picnic.
River access and swimming hole are also nearby.
Tour the Grey County Waterfalls or visit Free Spirit Tours and take a guided tour down the Beaver River. The Bruce Trail for hiking is 10 minutes from the cottage.
Eugenia Lake is a 12 minute drive offering a public boat slip and beach area, this lake is well known for great fishing.
Great destination for a golf getaway. Within 30 minutes there are 6 additional golf courses. The area is best known for hiking The Bruce Trail, cycling, enjoying the local Waterfalls, taking long peaceful walks. We welcome Families who would like to enjoy Beaver River, Lake Eugenia and in the Fall the beautiful colours the area has to offer.
Guests have full access to the entire cottage. There are no shared accommodations here but my property manager lives nearby.
Amazing property with access to many small towns, outdoor amenities and things to do. The home is accessible by car only, there is no public transit.

This is a luxury cottage and for that reason only responsible, mature guests will be accepted. All guests must register with the local home owners association and abide by community rules.

I have a local security company that will come check on the property if needed and a local handyman to assist. My neighbours are also available.
