Our cozy basement studio is the perfect retreat for solo travelers working away from home. Conveniently located just a few blocks from Sloan’s Lake and the light rail station, you're within easy reach of downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the vibrant RiNo art district. The studio is below our apartment in our modern townhome. You'll have your own private access (only sharing a stairwell to get to each unit) and a kitchenette equipped w/ a hot plate and a microwave!
Our bright and airy basement apartment is thoughtfully designed for remote workers and extended stays. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies. The living space offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a spacious full bathroom. For added convenience, you'll have your own personal washer and dryer, ensuring that everything you need is right at your fingertips.
This unit is below our main level unit in our town home. We share a stairwell but you will have your own private access into your space. Please note there is no full kitchen. We have a microwave, toaster oven and hot plate for basic cooking needs.

We are available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach us is by messaging us. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your arrival. Access code will be sent the day before your arrival.
Our unit is located in the basement space of our townhome. The stairwell is common space to access both units but each unit is completely private and separate from each other. You will not have access to temperature controls during your stay. The temperature is kept at comfortable levels. We have a fan and space heater, if needed.
No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.
Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. One pet only and weight limits may apply. There is no private outdoor space. You will need to walk your dog. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats
Complimentary cleaning is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after check-in day. For stays of 60+ days, an extra cleaning is provided around week 6. Inquire for longer stays.
Guest lease agreement required. $500 security deposit required for local guests.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
