The beach access is just 30 feet from the front property line of the house! Another short walk on the path at the rear of the house leads to a beautiful community activity area that includes a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area, and snack bar. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, and beach rental companies just a 10-minute drive away. The ground level entrance leads to the elevator to help you haul all the luggage, groceries, etc. into the house. This spacious and well-designed house offers many great features that you will soon discover. After settling in after your long drive, grab a cold brew or drink of your choice and take a stroll over to the beach. Leave your flips at the bottom of the stairway access and take a leisurely walk along the surf and breath in the fresh ocean air! Pack up the cooler, boogie boards and sunscreen for a day at the beach! Later in the afternoon, head back to the house for a dip in the pool and a relaxing session in the hot tub. Enjoy drinks and dinner on the grill - everything just seems to taste better at the beach!
