We love the layout of the beach house, as well as the amazing location and neighborhood amenities!
We enjoy the scent of the salty air as we stroll to the beach to collect treasures along the shore. The bay's tide pools during low tide are delightful for children to explore. The sunsets here are gorgeous! However, perhaps what we love most are the amenities adjacent to this quiet neighborhood: A restaurant & lounge with harbor views, a quick-serve seafood & ice cream shack, boat rentals, and a whale watch - all across the street! In addition, it's a short walk to Main Street where there are restaurants, churches, a general store, a library, and more! We truly enjoy summertime at Harbor House and hope you do too!

A reversed contemporary Nantucket style floor plan offers a combination gourmet kitchen/dining room/living room on one end of the second floor with a master bedroom suite on the other end, including a luxurious bathroom with double vanities, Jacuzzi and a walk in shower with dual shower heads. The foyer balcony and winding staircase overlook a stunning first floor sitting room with 3 more bedrooms, each with its own exceptional private bath. Numerous high quality features include Central A/C, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, stainless steel appliances , smart TV and free WIFI.
As you enter this luxurious home you are greeted by a grand winding staircase and large open wrap around style floor plan. To the right of the stairs is a cozy space to sit and have a cup of tea and read a good book. Double doors are to your right and lead you into a second TV room/game room/bedroom with double pull out couch and twin size pull out chair. You will also find this room has a en-suite bathroom with large open tiled shower. You also have your own sliders to a patio.
The laundry room is on your right just down the hallway , with a washer & dryer and counter top with sink and plenty of cabinets. There is also an exit to the patio here as well.
At the end of the hall on the right there is bedroom #2 with 2 double beds , carpeted flooring, en-suite full bath room with open tiled walk in shower. You also have a slider to the patio complete with lounge chairs to relax on.
Bedroom #3 is to the left and has 2 Twin beds, lovely cushioned seating under the bay windows to take in the beautiful view and a full en-suite bath with walk in tiled shower.
As you ascend the grand staircase you enter a contemporary, open concept living room, kitchen and dining space. The living room has a sofa and love seat and two occasional chairs for your comfort.
The gourmet kitchen is to the right and has a large tiered island with seating for three, sunken double sink, dishwasher, and mini fridge. The chef's 6 burner gas stove is ready for you to cook a great meal for your family with a grill and griddle and is a chef's delight with a gorgeous hammered tin and white tiled backslash. Find the convection oven/microwave/double oven on the wall.
The white washed farm style table in the dining room has plenty of seating for the family. Open the slider to the mini balconies to enjoy the fresh ocean air and panoramic views.
Off the dining room is a slider that leads to a large deck that spans the entire length of the home. There are two separate entry points to this deck through the dining room and the master bedroom. Here you will find a grill and plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining. A beautiful spot to enjoy the views of Millway Beach across the way!
As you head down the hall on your left there is a Jack & Jill bath that is also en-suite to the master bedroom. This luxurious full bathroom has entrance shower with two shower heads, double sinks and a raised center island jetted tub adorned with a crystal chandelier.
Bedroom #4 is a master suite with double entry doors and a private slider entrance to the back deck. This room holds a king size bed with dressers and night stands for your belongings, with a en-suite Jack & Jill full master bathroom.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services if not included with your rental home.
