All of the rooms are on one convenient level, including the bedrooms. The primary king suite features deck access to Gulf views and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two additional king bedrooms are available with their own en suite full bathrooms. The pyramid bunk bedroom makes for the ultimate kids or teens sleepover space.
Contemporary finishes and comfortable furnishings are found throughout this welcoming beach house. Sit back and relax on leather couches or have a family movie night. The wall of windows frames the stunning Gulf views, and it stretches across the living and dining area. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and long granite countertops, cooking with the family is a breeze. All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
