✪There is a reserved covered parking spot right outside the front door to the Elevator. There are NO Stairs at all. Every city amenity you could possibly need is very easily accessed by car from this apartment. There is also great highway access to reach the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area with ease.
✪Kansas City is famous worldwide for BBQ of all kinds. There are hundreds of different restaurants with top notch flavor and delicious food. Make sure to try out a few places while you visit here. ✪Access to the property is through the side door by the Patio. There is a lock box with a key fob that will allow entry.. The reserved parking spot is in the parking lot marked as "310" next to the patio.
✪Self Check-in with the smart lock system. You will be messaged your unique code at the time of check-in.
✪This is an urban apartment, and you might smell smoke from a neighbor while they are on their front porch and you are outside too.
✪The apartment is well insulated, and you will hear little noise from neighbors or the street once the door is closed.
