Summary: The property was in a great location. Cleanliness/tidiness Outside Our first impressions were not great, someone had thrown chippy all across the small front garden that was in need of a desperate weed. The chippy laid in the garden until we checked out 2 days later. Communal corridor Full of bin bags assuming they were full of dirty bedding, piles of post and a weird smell. Room/bathroom Door pushed open even when locked. Bed nice, clean & comfy. Bathroom clean, shower took a while to heat up. Behind the bed (it was pulled away from the wall when we arrived) needed a big hoover & dust. Overall the room/bathroom needed a really good deep clean. For the money it was alright, we wasn't expecting the best.
