Welcome to Spruce Cabin on Ocean Point! Spruce Cabin is a classic Maine cottage with spectacular views of the entrance to Boothbay Harbor, several lighthouses, Fisherman’s Island, and passing boats of all kinds, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
This newly renovated cabin has been completely refurbished inside, and retains the classic log cabin twig details. It is truly a cottage by the sea!
The sights and sounds of crashing surf, fog horns, boats and people put this cottage at the heart of activity on Ocean Point. The cottage is right next to the famous Wilson Chapel where Sunday services are held, as well as weddings and events throughout the summer. If you like people-watching, this cottage is for you. You can enjoy cocktails on the covered porch, cool ocean breezes, and watch the world go by! It is surprisingly private due to the elevation of the building from the roadway and the height and the railing on the porch.

The House: Newly renovated authentic 2-story Cabin. WIFI and Cable TV. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath.
First Floor: This main level offers a well-equipped kitchen, living room and banquette seating for dining. There is a living room that seats 6-8 and a bookcase that includes books, games and puzzles. The open covered porch (i.e. roofed) is where you will be most of the time. There is a half bath off the living room.
Second Floor: Features three bedrooms with a queen master bedroom facing the ocean (only a stone’s throw away), accessed from a hallway that has a high balcony railing which offers views to the living room below. The full bath with shower and washer/dryer completes the 2nd floor.
