4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Bedding

Available for Saturday to Saturday rentals, Fireside Retreat is walking distance from the Historic Village of
Eagles Mere. Spend the day at the pristine lake, hike the many trails in the area, or explore the shops in town.
Activities abound for guests of all ages!
Fireside Retreat is a four bedroom, 3 bath cottage and is great for family vacations, reunions and wedding
guests. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen which includes a gas range, granite countertops and a wine
refrigerator with an eat-in kitchen and family room featuring a large screen tv. There is also a large
dining/family room. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The primary room has a queen size bed and en
suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed
featuring a full size bed on the lower and a twin above. The second bathroom on the first floor has a tub/shower.
The lower level features a large media game room with large screen tv and another bedroom with a queen size
bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a stall shower, and the laundry room is also on this level.
The cottage is available for rental year-round and has a covered front porch and large rear deck as well as a
generator. Guests can enjoy cable television and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage.
Access to the private Eagles Mere Country Club and its fitness center can be arranged for our guests. Enjoy the
top-rated William Flynn Golf Course and newly renovated club house.
All tenants in cottages in Eagles Mere must become temporary members of the Eagles Mere Association to

Summary: This house suited us perfectly! I could not have asked for more a more perfect space for our group of 6 family members. The teen boys had their own room downstairs with a living room right down the hall for them to play board games, watch tv and some summer studying. When we all wanted to play a game, we had a great setup at the large table in the front room and also on the back porch. The kitchen setup was awesome, very well equipped and stocked with essentials. So much room to spread out (when we weren't at the lake) to read, get work done, and watch tv. I was able to get laundry done easily, as well - both newer washer and dryer. The pictures do not do this house justice! We had six family members there, but could have easily fit another 4. The owner of the home and the person he has manage it were so kind and helpful to us - we would DEFINITELY stay there again!
