Kitchen: 11.5’ x 14” Includes a large pantry, a rolling island, stainless steel sink, white quartz countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Includes all cooking utensils, dishes, toaster, glassware, etc. Dining: White quartz high hightop with two white leather stools. Desk in kitchen. Living room: Bright airy, with slider glass door looking out onto Onota Lake. 42” television. Bedroom #1: View of Onota Lake. Queen bed. Large closet. Full dressers. Television and AC window unit. Bedroom #2: King bed with full dresser, ceiling fan, AC window unit, closet.. Bathroom: Full tub/shower, linen closet. Comes with sheets, bedding, towels .Cedar lined utility closet. Outside second floor deck: 14’ X 6’ with stainless cables facing gorgeous sunsets and mountain views with outdoor furniture and gas fire pit. You will not find better sunsets in all of the Berkshires.
Coin-op washer and dryer in the basement. All furnishings, move-in ready, includes all utilities, WIFI, grounds, dumpster, assigned parking spots. Just move in! Minimum of three month rental.
