House cleaning is included upon departure for one week stays or longer. House cleaning is extra for stays less than a week.

Summary: I liked that each bedroom had an attached bath. Plenty of room for my grown children and my grandchildren. Kitchen is well supplied with lots of cooking utensils. Also lots of beach chairs and a bike for everyone. Deck needs to be replaced as there were nails that stuck up. So shoes on the deck was a must. Beach is a short walk with easy access. The view from the deck was nice and most days there was a pleasant breeze.
