You'll enter the property into the kitchen which has everything you'll need to make wonderful meals with family and friends! Just off the kitchen is the spacious dining area where up to 8 guests can share a meal at the dining table. If you prefer to dine outside, take a few steps to the door leading to the deck and enjoy your meal at the outside dining area.
To the right of the dining area you'll find the lower lever Queen bedroom with en suite full bath. Just outside this bedroom are the stairs to the upstairs Queen bedroom, also with an en suite full bath.
Just past the dining area is your spacious great room with plenty of comfortable seating and of course a big screen TV. There's a door off the great room that leads to your awesome deck. The deck has 3 different zones! There's a cooking zone with the gas grill, a dining zone and a seating zone to relax and enjoy the lake views.
Off the great room is your primary King bedroom with full bath. It's not an en suite but just across the hall from the King bedroom. It also serves the upstairs Full bed
bedroom. Next to the Primary bedroom are the stairs leading to the second upstairs bedroom with 2 Full beds. This bedroom does not have a bathroom.
The location couldn't be any better! You're only 0.3 miles from the famous Top o' the River, only 4.8 miles from Guntersville new City Harbor and 5 to 10 minutes from many boat ramps.
The property is wonderful for a family gathering or getting together with friends. You will find the driveway leading up to the garage is steep but you can park a vehicle in front of each garage door and enter the house through the side door located right there. Additional parking is just in front of the deck in the circle driveway. From there you can walk up the driveway to the kitchen door or up some steps onto the deck to enter the house.
