Excellent accommodation located on Calle 38 Norte of Playa del Carmen; 1 minute from the super famous 5th Avenue. And on the other side, the beautiful beach with its fabulous turquoise colors of different shades.
With delicious restaurants coming out of the building; some of the best in the area.
THE SPACE:
A quiet apartment for an amazing stay; with a terrace where you can see the tree-lined street. It is very beautiful and to our liking, the most beautiful in Playa del Carmen.
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION LIMIT:
Use of 15kw per day; there will be an additional cost of 10 Mexican pesos for each extra kw.

The noise around the apartment is low to medium as we are located close to restaurants and tourist area.

Summary: We spent a very enjoyable month at the condo. David, the host, responded to questions quickly. The pool and balcony are fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Location couldn’t be better. We loved the view from the balcony.
