Casa Alma del Mar is a spectacular new beachfront home that is spacious and has amazing ocean and town views! We are located just steps from the beach in the heart of beach town with lots of beach front dining and shopping! The house is located in the stunning beach town of Las Catalinas! This home comes with a house mom who will clean the house 2 times per week. The house also has a completely stocked kitchen and all bath products are provided! There are two outdoor covered patios for entertaining. One boasts stunning ocean views, while the other has a tranquil pool with a gentle drip water wall. The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with it’s own en suite bathroom. There are two master bedrooms, one of which has ocean views and a outdoor porch! Releax and revive in the warm Costa Rican sun and let the sound of the ocean and howler monkeys lull you to sleep at night!

Summary: Our trip to Costa Rica was perfect. First, direct flights from NYC to Liberia and the just one hour to the house by car. We left early in the morning and at the beach for lunch! Allyson's house is just as described -- new, spacious, and beautifully furnished. There were five adults and four teenagers on the trip and the house fit us perfectly, with numerous public and private spaces. The courtyard with plunge pool and rooftop covered deck with ocean views was magical. The massive kitchen was perfect for cooking some family meals. Las Catalinas is lovely! Right at the beach with multiple restaurants, bars, beach club, gorgeous beaches, and hikes right from the house. It would have perfectly never to leave Las Catalinas. That said, Alyson put us in touch with Costa Rica's BEST tour guide. He not only arranged van transportation from / to the airport, but he also picked us us for two separate days of adventures to see wildlife, hike, discover waterfalls etc. On these excursions, he brought us to fabulous local restaurants and treated us like old friends. Our trip to Allyson's house was one we will always remember. Perfect!
