This listing includes:
- The complex is clean, safe and in a gated community.
- The space is equipped with plush bath towels and wash cloths, a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent.
- A modern, stainless-steel kitchen that includes a full sink, gas stove and oven, and a full fridge
- The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy coffee. Eat-in Kitchen.
- Private Balcony. Generous Closet Space.
- There is free parking on the property for guests of this suite.
- Feel free to help yourself to coffee, water or some snacks that are provided to our guests.
- A queen - bed and an extra single bed (if needed). Both are memory foam and insanely comfortable. Both sleeping areas come with fresh, clean bedding and comfy pillows.
- A living area with a couch, chair, and coffee table. This area can be turned into another sleeping area with a queen-size bed if needed.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide an Smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
About check-in times:
If no guests are checking out the same day as you arrive, I can often allow for early check-in as long as we have advance notice and it works with my cleaner's schedule. Likewise, if your arrival is on the same day as a check-out, my cleaner will need every second she has to prepare the place. Please don't arrive early.
- If you are wanting to stay longer than 2 nights, we will have to work out a time for us to come refresh the apartment -- water, toilet, etc.
- You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

Q: Can I get to the house without a car?
A: The unit is walking distance from Marta Station, which you could most definitely get an Uber to.
Q: Do I need to bring towels or linens?
A: Nope! I provide all these things. Same with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Q: How will I receive the key?
A: The unit features a lockbox. I will send you the code when it's time for you to check in.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and I take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's up with the cleaning fee?
A: Every cent of it goes to my cleaner, who is a professional and worth every penny.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: I honestly have no idea. With fees included, Vrbo only shows the guest, and not the host, the total cost. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that pricing varies on a daily basis, so you will need to enter the correct dates to see your price.
Q: I am looking for a last-minute stay. Can I make a same-day booking?
A: If you're looking for a same-day booking and the place is free, please inquire and I'll try! It depends on whether my cleaning crew can spring into action at the last-minute, which isn't a sure thing. Check-in may also have to be later than the listed time in order to make sure the place is ready. Still, can't hurt to ask.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No, you can not. Basically: Please don't try to sneak one in -- this really doesn't end well and guests who violate this rule will be evicted immediately without refund nor exception.
Q: What is your minimum age req?
A: Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite.
The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. IMPORTANT NOTE:
- This is an apartment building and you will likely hear foot traffic from the unit above you and/or the common hallways. Like the unit is a walking distance from the train station you may hear the train or lawn mowers from the neighbors. Sometimes you'll hear music too -- don't worry, you're in the city. Everything's fine.
