One of only 100 houses in Melbourne with absolute Yarra river frontage, this home boasts three levels of space, each with its own balcony nestled in the trees and offering breathtaking riverbank views, this is the perfect escape for those seeking both sophistication and serenity.
Spread across three exquisite levels, our riverfront oasis offers five spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Each level features its own distinct charm, with expansive windows flooding the interiors with natural light and showcasing uninterrupted views of the Yarra river corridor.
The upper level is home to the master suite, a private sanctuary boasting a queen-sized bed, a sitting area, an ensuite and spacious walk in robe. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light during the day, while automated blackout roller blinds ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Wake up to the birdsong, catch a glimpse of hot air balloons and step out onto your private balcony to savour a morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the horizon.
The ground level is perfect for gathering and entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining space overlooking the panoramic tree top views. Whip up gourmet meals in the spacious kitchen, complete with appliances and sleek countertops, or unwind with loved ones in the inviting ambiance of the living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame perfect views. This level also boasts a bedroom with a double bed and a huge second bedroom with a king bed, piano, study desk and floor to ceiling windows with a view of the courtyard garden.
The lower level offers additional guest bedrooms, each has a single trundle bed and appointed with comfortable bedding. Both the rooms have access to a shared balcony. The whole house is available for guests except for the garage. Two vehicles can be parked side by side in front of the garage. There are also free street parking. Please be mindful that your vehicle is not blocking the neighbours’ access to their garage.

This house in not wheelchair friendly. There are one step to the main entrance of the house. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a separate toilet, kitchen and living on the ground level floor. One bedroom with ensuite is on the upper level. 2 bedrooms are on the lower ground level.
The basic house price is based on 8 guests otherwise extra guests fee applies.
Please select the right amount of guests when making your reservation or you might be paying a lot more and extra cleaning fee.
There is an extra $50 for each extra guest, if more than 8 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 16 guests with extra bedding provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be a 2 double sofa bed, 1 single sofa bed and a 1 queen sofa bed.
Please respect our friendly neighbourhood and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10 pm
*Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen (dishes included) , otherwise $60 applied for extra cleaning.
